Hello, there must be something else. Behaviour is strange with this user. Testing from outside our network and different days his account is still locked. With his username and password he always get the error “username or password invalid”. If he tries to “remenber” his password, then the following message appears:
I assume his email is in the database, Is there any way to fully erase this user to let him create a new account again?
