After an AIRe link session that went very well I have tried to view or downloaded the recorded video but this is not available. I receiver the message: Video could not be loaded. Please try again later. I first had this straight after the session and then again nearly 24 hours later. Can you advise please?
Hello, can you give me the session id? We can take a look at it, but I am afraid that the video was probably not recorded as there was problem on the recording server in past 2 days.
