Using AireLink with my print customer I was able to see examples of the print quality issue they were experiencing and identified that a gradation adjustment was required.
I was able to direct and guide the user to perform a gradation adjustment using Expert Adjustment options in the Administrator Settings. Performing this resolved the colour balance issue they were experiencing.
This customer runs Funeral Order Service Sheets and required to be up and running as soon as possible to resume running their print jobs. Using AireLink avoided a 60+ minute drive and zero contact (covid-19) with any people or equipment on site.
