The customer himself has access to the session and everything looks fine at his side, when on the KM operator PC’s a black screen is displayed indicating that it is “Waiting for client … The session starts when client and assistant are connected.” Moreover, after few minutes the operator also receives an email alerting him that the client is already waiting in the session !
petr_kazda This was already resolved, sorry for delay with answer on the forum. For the record - this issue was caused by infrastructure problem, specifically there was an issue with one of the relaying TURN servers. Thank you for reporting this!
