Interface and notification changed

Hello,
as a user of AIRe Link i encountered a problem. When i was using the Pro version that had the name Pro ANGLED at the top LEFT corner of the AIRe Link logo, when i was sending an sms to the customer, a notification was shown in light green when it was delivered. When I was pressing the Phone button to connect, the “Start Session” button was grey until the customer was connected, it turned dark blue and i could join.
Now something has changed and on the top left corner of the banner AIRe Link it appears Pro but RIGHT next to it in Grey colour. I get no notification that the sms is delivered to the customer, besides that when i press the button to connect, the “Start Session” is dark blue meaning i start the session without knowing when the customer will connect and i must wait without knowing even if the sms was delivered….. No problem to connections and sessions so far, but i have “lost” 2 info, the sms report and when the customer is connected 1st…
Thank you for your time and hope to inlighten me if this has to do with different pro versions….

Hello, the design of the main page slightly changed in AIRe Link 4.0. If the “chip” next to logo shows “Pro”, then you have professional version.
The indication of SMS delivery has bug, we will fix it soon. The problem is when you use contact that has email and phone number that the system does not indicate SMS delivery.
The system of connecting to the session also changed due to the “Observers” or “Group session” feature. Now every participant is connected to the lobby, so the “Join session” is no longer indicative.
We recommend to use “Web push” notifications. You can go to “My Account” and “Notifications” to set it up/recheck.
