Had a school customer that involved a round trip of 154 miles/2 hours of driving for a technician to relocate a paper guide only, customer did not have a modern mobile phone before on the last visit!. Luckily they had a brand new mobile for Christmas so I used AIRe Link to do the job in 15 min - 0 miles. Customer was elated beyond belief.
