I was able to help the customer ILDA Druck via AIRe Link.
The customer could not close the flap of an IQ 501 anymore.
Via AIRe Link, I could detect the problem and saw that the cleaning rod of the IQ 501 was not properly attached.
The customer corrected this and was then able to continue his work.
