Loudspeaker not working

During a test session we were not able to turn on the loudspeaker. i.e. the client could only hear the assistant when he put his phone to his ear.

Hello, did you tried to use the “settings” icon and change the device? It is the one which is first from the right side.

Hi Petr,

yes we tried muting/unmuting and also switching selected audio device in the settings. The bug happened again as we tested yesterday. Am happy to do a test call with you to replicate the issue.
Let me know if this makes sense.
Used phone is Samsung S10e

Issue is resolved on dev environment, fix will be part of next release.
