Customer in Croatia with our Bruker Daltonik instrument had problems with loading the target inside the instrument. The onsite visit would require car trip with length around 1250km, so I decided to use AIRe Link first to try to identify and solve the issue remotely. Due to observing via mobile phone camera what was going inside the instrument, our team in Brno quickly resolved the issue. The customer was under warranty and thanks to AIRe Link we managed to fulfil our warranty obligations without sending the service engineer onsite, thus saving 1250km trip to our company and avoiding more than 15 hours travel by car.
