subscription problem

Hello, I want to update my subscription but by mistake I selected 50 users and what I want is to select 1 user.

I have the subscription pending payment but it won’t let me update it.

Hello, just go to the "Subscription"menu, try to click on upgrade subscription again - it should be possible to cancel the payment from there - a dialog will appear that there is a payment pending. You can then try to repeat the process.

Let me know if I can me of more assistance.

Ok, so the payment finally went through?
Regarding the problem - please logout/login and try it again.

If it will not help then check if you have the right subscription selected. In the lower left corner click on your name and then on subscription - select the one you paid for.

If the payment of €50 was made

But the subscription remains basic.

I already logged out but it’s still the same.

A canceled subscription can only update its cancellation_details.
