How do I troubleshoot?
What should you do when you get in trouble with AIRe Link and you cannot help yourself? The scheme below describes the actions that you can take to isolate and solve the problem.
If you can specify the problem just as ‘it does not work’, try the AIRe Link Analytics section in AIRe Link platform. It gives you statistics and reports from your sessions and these should help you figure out what to search for.
Then or if you know at the beginning, go to AIRe Link forum. With all its services it will become your best friend in solving any types of problems.
Often, you find a solution in FAQs, as problems tend to repeat and someone has already solved it even for you. To see AIRe Link FAQs, just select ‘FAQ’ tag to have them listed.
Still not satisfied? Many problems are discussed in user discussions and with full-text search you can get a handful of ideas that may solve your problem.
Sometimes it can be tricky to solve the problem even with all so far mentioned activities. You still have two options, first if you are not in a hurry, you can send a request to the troubleshooting queue. There it will eventually reach the AIRe Link team and you will get individual support. The troubleshooting queue, however, does not guarantee the time within which you get your support, as there may be any number of other requests waiting before yours.
Second, start a new discussion describing your problem. Tag it as an issue and you can get support from either the community or AIRe Link team faster than in the troubleshooting queue.
