Frozen screen

Hello, I am currently experiencing that our customers often have a frozen screen and cannot see what the camera is pointing at. We can see their camera fine; unfortunately, they have a frozen screen and can’t see the arrow or anything else.

Hello, this is some bug on Samsung S2x devices, but it should be resolved in latest firmware/browser updates. We have confirmed that on Galaxy S22 it is working ok again.

Quick workaround is just to rotate the screen of the phone, it will reset the video view.
