SMS failed to deliver due to the Carrier rejecting it

I am only able to send an invitation via email. When I send an invite to the tech’s cell I get the “SMS delivery failed” also it states the cell carrier rejected the message. I tested on every cell carrier only to get the same result.

Hello, we are currently resolving the issue.

The problem is that US carriers require additional registration of toll free numbers. It require us to fill special application form and undergo the review. We are currently in the review process. We hope it will be finished soon, but it may take week or two before successful approval.
