We believe that the cooperation between the academic environment and the economy is extremely important, because together we achieve the goals, connect the theoretical foundations and practical experience of the students and equip them with the competencies that they estimate they will need the most in their further careers. What these competencies are, we found out over 20 interviews and conversations with students.

When choosing the topic, we looked at the topicality of the content and offered a challenge that is interesting not only for the banking industry, but also for others.
We also subordinated the implementation of the entire workshop to the fact that it was imbued with various forms of board games that encouraged the growth of team spirit and creative thinking. The response from the students was very great. We received 20 foreign (Serbia, BiH, Germany, Afghanistan, Turkey, Pakistan, etc.) and 25 Slovenian applications for the 20 advertised positions. From all applications, we accepted 10 Slovenian and 10 foreign students and mixed them together to form four diverse teams. All four groups developed four different prototypes in the field of gamification.
