Random no sound

Hello, guys!

We have some problems with sound within aire link sessions.
Phone to Phone, or Phone to laptop, absolutely random assistant or client doesn’t have sound.

Today was the first accourance.

what is the Phone? Is it iOS? Was it recently updated?

Also please check if there is no unexpected connection to some bluetooth headset. Sometimes users forgot that they are connected to BT device and wondering why no sound is coming in/out 😉

Hi, Petr!

I apologize for late replay.

It is from android OS, usually to another android.
I had some tests with one of my colleagues from the field.

Him from android, and i with windoes 10, last update, wiht headset or not, sometimes i can’t hear him, sometimes he can hear me.

What can I check more?

Hello, just to double check - is he using Chrome on Android or some other browser? The browser on Win 10 machine is also Chrome or something else? Can you double check that microphone or speakers are not muted?

We are running now extensive tests, but so far it seems to be working OK in all supported device/OS/browser combinations.

If you can find a scenario where this problem happens every time we can have a call to investigate it directly.
