One of our user received a mail about his Prof. licence which will be downgraded within 5 day’s. But he is pour subscription. The user is Edwin.vanSpaandonk@konicaminolta.nl.

Hello,
I see that your collegue has actually 2 subscriptions - one is trial and second one is from SSD. He might not have activated the SSD subscription yet.

Please, ask him to click on his name in lower left corner and check, if he has the SSD subscription selected in the Subscription field.
