Can not start a session

Hello, Petr!

I tried to start a session today, but it remains blocked on loading screen.

I send the link via email > client / test opened the session where had the message w8ing for assistant > from assistant side (me) i clicked on start session and keeps loading for 20 min.

I tested from windows 10 with [Chrome Version 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) (64-bit)] to a android 9 phone.
I tried from a android 10 to android 9.

Both test from various networks.

From BRO LAN to mobile data
From BRO wifi to mobile data && from mobile data to mobile data

In every case i had the same problem

Maybe i do something wrong.

Hello, is the problem still persisting?
This seems to be an issue with page loading - either extremely slow connection (does not seem to be the case) or some problem with the browser/firewall (plugin blocking some scripts, some network filter in effect etc.)

Can you check if there are any errors in the console? Press F12 and check the console output.

This problem still persists, and it seams to be just from my account.

Chrome browser Version 97.0.4692.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I try from my PC to android phone, from android to android. Session opened with my aire link account and send the invitation to personal gmail account for tests.
I have colleagues were this issue are present.

Hello Vasile,
can you check on the network tab in the browser console which resource is not loaded? It seems that the browser cannot reach some resource. Just by chance, do you have any Chrome addons installed?

Can you test on different network, maybe through mobile hotspot? This is just to narrow down the problem.
