How to delete Sessions

Why can sessions only be archived, can they not be deleted from record?

Hello, it is currently not possible to completely delete the session record because of legal and data consistency reasons. Is there any specific reason why you would like to be able to delete sessions? Thank you.

petr_kazda in Germany, GDPR compliance requires that information and data pertaining to clients can be viewed, exported, or deleted if the client so chooses. This would include any record of sessions I had with them, so I need this feature for compliance reasons…
Also when a session is archived, where can I find it to unarchive it?

We are able to delete the data on request after review from our side. We are required to keep the data for retention period for audit purposes or for case of abuse of our service. We are GDPR compliant in this case as GDPR does not specify that data needs to be removed immediately upon client request. If you close your account we keep the data for retention period and then delete/anonymize them (all binary data like recordings or images are deleted, contacts are anonymized).
