Had a session C250i was going well until
I did a screen shot then my screen froze and I lost voice with client,
my client claims during a later call that he could still hear me.
What process did I not do properly or is there a way to do a quick refresh of the screen?

This indicates there was some interruption in the network communication. Sometimes it may happen if client or assistant roam between wifi hotspots or if the signal is weak.

If you are sure that it was not an network issue then I would like to ask you to observe if it happens again and then give us information about exact time when it happened. We will then analyze logs to find the issue.
