Adding an Assistant does not work

Hi all hope you are well
Please could you assist me with the following?
I don’t know if this was asked or been dealt with before,

My colleagues and I need to do AireLink sessions from time to time from different locations…
And I tried creating a session with a customer and him as an assistant

But it does not work.
Please correct me if I’m doing it wrong, or guide me on how to do it correctly.

Hello, it should work as expected, but there are few details that needs to be checked.

If you are creating session and you want to be client, you need to check the checkbox “Invite assistant”, remove your email and enter the email of the assistant. You also should enter your email to the client email box.
After you create session you need to go to “Client” tab and use client link to connect or you need to use link from the email that will be delivered to you.
The error you see is happening because 2 assistants want to connect to the same session. Currently only one assistant is possible.
