Phone Numbers/Session Archive

Hi all!

I am confronted with the question how long the sessions are staying present if not being specifically archived and furthermore how we are able to delete a session or at least the client’s phone number if the need arises. So far i found no possibility for that.

Hello, thank you for your question. Our lawyers prepared document “Privacy Policy” that clarifies legal bases for data retention and removal periods.

To further clarify other points:

The session is usable for 24 hours, then it becomes inactive and cannot be used anymore.
Client phone numbers cannot be deleted by users, but can be deleted by us on request, however legally there should be no reason to remove the client phone numbers. We are not using them to contact the clients in any way and we keep them confidential as any other personal data.
Sessions can be archived using the “Archive” menu, see picture:
