Images, Down Loading Multiple Images and Free Version

Hello, I have just started a trial of AireLink and have done a couple of trial “Support” calls to a mobile.
My question relates to images, is it possible to down load the remotely taken images directly to my pc, or can I export or download multiple images in one go as opposed to downloading them individually, also can images be downloaded if using the free version. Many thanks for your help.

Hello, in “Trial” and “Professional” subscription you have the “Media Library” feature available. Free version does not have access to “Media Library”.
From there you can download every image or video you create during the session. Currently you need to do it one by one, but mass export is on the roadmap too. Stay tuned!

Hi Petr, just a related question - My account has now changed to the free version, I still have the option to “save snapshot” however as its the free version I cannot access the snapshot as I have no media library - and it isn’t copied to the clipboard either, is this a problem on my side? If not, then would it be better just to remove the “save snapshot” button

Hello Kevin, good point. We though that we will keep the images for some retention period, cca 3 months, so if you buy Pro subscription you would get access to them retrospectively. Is that attractive or do you think it is better to completely remove that feature from Basic?

hi Petr, thanks for the clarification - I think at the moment its confusing for users ‘ Where has it saved the snapshot to’? is what i will get asked… So either remove the button or maybe if you click the button you get a pop up “ Pro version only” ?

Hello - now my turn in this topic and questions🙂

I have now the Basic version and still have the media library - is it the correct option for the Basic module?
What servers (where) do we use to keep all media from sessions? is it something internal KM or external (I mean security side - our customers ask often).?
Subscription pricing and written options (functions) - I think there are some options not up to date: like flashlight, SMS invitation, snapshot.

ad 1) In Trial you should have all the professional features available. After trial they will become inactive. You can identify your subscription status in the ribbon in the top left corner.

ad2) All data, including media files, are stored in Amazon S3 (AWS). As a market leader AWS provide highest possible security standards (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/whitepapers/latest/aws-overview/security-and-compliance.html). Their systems have one of the most advanced security schemes implemented and they are regularly reviewed. No need to say that data stored in AWS are probably better secured than anywhere else. AIRe Link also passes regular security oriented tests - automated and manual. We passed last penetration tests in April 2021.

ad 3) The pricing info and review is currently on the way. With the next release it should be aligned. Next release is planned for next week.
